Cider Making & Tasting @ Butford Organics
As part of Hereford AppleFest, on Friday 7 October, 
Janet and Martin Harris of Butford Organic Cider & Perry, who were the overall champions at the Hereford Museum of Cider 2022 Cider & Perry Competition, will be demonstrating their cider making process with pressings on their traditional cider press at 11am and 2.30pm.
As well as the demonstration and explanation, each session will include tastings from their 2021 harvest of a Winnals Longdon perry and a Yarlington Mill cider and a walk round the two orchards at their farm – the perry pear orchard with some 150 trees and 15 varieties and the mixed apple and pear orchard
