Delve into the personal bottle collection of acclaimed cider maker Tom Oliver at this intimate tasting at Hereford Beer House.
Tucked away on a remote farm near Ocle Pychard in Herefordshire, Tom quietly makes some of the finest ciders in the world, ranging from classical styles focused on drinkability, to more experimental creations, which challenge the consumer to question what cider is and can be (in particular, his groundbreaking collaborations with Cloudwater, Mills, Thornbridge and Brooklyn Brewery).
On his travels, Tom has amassed a collection of some of the best and most interesting ciders from countries such as Sweden, France, Belgium, Spain and the US. We’re very excited to be hosting this rare and unique event.
