Your Councillor: Cllr Brian Wilcox

Born and bred in Birmingham, Studied environmental health at Aston University, holding various positions with Birmingham City Council, Epsom and Ewell Borough Council and the former South Herefordshire District Council.

Took early retirement with the advent of local government re-organisation after being the chief officer of a multi-disciplinary department.

Ran an environmental health training consultancy for several years whilst holding the following positions:-
Magistrate and Youth Magistrate,
Non-Executive Director of Herefordshire Health Authority
Member of the Employment Tribunal Service
P/T College Tutor
On the Boards of Herefordshire Association for the Blind and HALO.
