A wildly diverse tasting of ciders, co-ferments and cider-inspired beverages with the inimitable Tom Oliver.
Tucked away on a remote farm near Ocle Pychard in Herefordshire, Tom quietly makes some of the finest ciders in the world, ranging from classical styles focused on drinkability, to more experimental creations, which challenge the consumer to question what cider is and can be (in particular, his groundbreaking collaborations with Cloudwater, Mills, Thornbridge and Brooklyn Brewery).
On this tasting you’ll be tasting Tom’s own creations, his collaborations, plus a few bottles from his personal collection. Featuring rare bottles – some of which have been aged for almost 10 years – this is another opportunity not to be missed!
