Shall We Take A Walk Through Time? – a Hereford AppleFest blending workshop with Ross Cider

Taste Ross Cider’s Shall We Take A Walk Through Time? on draft – a masterful blend of 2017 Foxwhelp, 2019 Ashton Bitter and 2021 Somerset Redstreak, brought together in 2022 to mature and harmonise through in-bottle fermentation.
Albert from Ross Cider will give a talk about how the blend was made and how to blend cider more generally, before your chance to create your own blend from five single variety ciders on draft. Albert will judge his favourite, with a Shall We Take A Walk Through Time? bottle and t-shirt for the winner.
