Big Apple Harvestime

October 8 - October 9

Big Apple Harvestime

Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 October sees the internationally-renowned Big Apple Harvestime festival taking place in Much Marcle across nine venues, including Woodredding Farm, Lyne Down Organics, Avenue Cottage, Westons Cider, Much Marcle Memorial Hall, St Bartholomew’s Church, Hellens, Awnells Farm, and Gregg’s Pit.

The venues have plenty to offer visitors of all ages from Scything workshops, High Altitude Cider tasting, the Annual Honey Show, and Uke Can’t be Serious – A Big Apple favourite!

There will also be opportunities to enjoy the local orchards, see, hear, and smell cider and perry being made, and taste and buy many different varieties of apples, local ciders, perries and apple juices.

Please note there is a small entry charge to the Hellens site (children under 16 free). This is to cover the costs for the entire Big Apple Harvestime weekend across all the venues.

A tractor and trailer service, kindly provided by Westons Cider, will be running all weekend carrying visitors between six of the venues.
